Website creation and resources used
The website was built using WordPress as a flexible content management system, allowing full control over structure, visuals, and future scalability.
Throughout the process, the project relied on a combination of digital tools, conceptual research, and collaborative resources.
Key resources and methods used include:
• conceptual product photography and visual mockups developed with the support of digital image generation and reference photography,
• technical sketches and design drawings created to define proportions, mechanics, and modular elements of the bag,
• research into blockchain technology as a method for conceptual product certification and intellectual property protection,
• iterative design testing through layout adjustments, typography experiments, and user-oriented content structure.
The site serves not only as a brand platform, but also as a digital workspace, documenting the development process from idea to visual and technical realization.
Brand concept and technical approach
MARKERZ is a conceptual brand focused on urban mobility, modular design, and functional aesthetics.
The core product — a messenger bag — was designed around real-life usage scenarios, prioritizing hands-free movement, adaptability, and compact organization.
From a technical perspective, the project explores how physical products can be connected to digital systems.
The bag’s design, modular structure, and mechanical elements are presented as being protected and registered through blockchain-based certification, reflecting academic knowledge gained during coursework.
This approach demonstrates how blockchain technology can be applied beyond financial systems — as a tool for:
• product authentication,
• design ownership,
• transparency in creative industries.
While implemented here as a conceptual and educational model, it reflects real-world technological trends.
Website functionality and tools
The site uses WordPress core features and plugins to enable:
• modular page building with a block-based editor,
• media handling for product visualization,
• scalable structure for future e-commerce or pre-order integration,
• consistent branding through custom typography, spacing, and color systems.
Each page is designed to balance visual storytelling with technical clarity, making the project understandable both creatively and academically.
Future development…
The MARKERZ project is intentionally designed as an evolving system.
Planned next steps include:
• new product and apparel releases,
• simulated pre-order and distribution flows,
• refinement of bag mechanics and modular elements,
• continued development of visual identity,
• further improvements to website performance and structure.
The project will continue to grow as both a design experiment and a demonstration of applied digital and technological knowledge.
